Not only that it does help, it is literally the only thing that can truly resolve the myriad of problems that humanity is facing nowadays. If we keep the same egoistic mindset, no amount of money or medicine can heal the wounds we continuously inflict on each other and on this planet. We will continue being outside perpetrators of our inside unhappiness.

There is no problem in the entire Universe. The only problem exists in human mind. By learning how to dis-identify from our mind, how to use mind wisely instead of being used by it, how to keep it still, we will see miracles transform this world so quickly that humanity will literally rise from hell to heaven in blink of one generation.

One person can change the world. Indeed, this has always been the case.
Be the change you want to see in the world. Be light. Be Love. And whatever you do -meditate.
